InTouchPOS® Labor Management allows each user a unique set of access codes.  Each access code is assigned a set of security levels and permissions which determine the availability of the functions and sub functions to each user.  User defined security levels and permissions are setup at ownership level which enforces multiple levels of data security which determines who can view, modify and delete the data.
