may call us 24 hours a day seven (7) days a week, 365
days a year, on our Toll-Free Customer Support Hotline
to request assistance, with no limit on the number of
calls.
We provide our customer with software
upgrades as a regular part of our Services and Support
offering.

We provide full service hardware
maintenance with on-site support. Each of our Customers
is enrolled in our Equipment Swap Program.
Our Field Service Technician will provide
replacement equipment on site, and all of our parts come
with a one-year Standard Warranty.

work to meet your scheduling needs, no matter how
challenging they might be. Our flexibility allows you to

Our Training Programs are designed to
enable all levels of employees, from line employees to
Corporate Staff, to be self-sufficient in using the
InTouchPOS® System to its full advantage.
Employee Training,

bases.

customers a few times a year to discuss their needs and
get their suggestions. This user forum allows our
customers to be in control, ask questions, acquire
additional training if needed, and give us their
feedback.
