We provide our customers with the highest quality Toll Free Support Services, 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  This includes off-site as well as on-site  to minimize downtime.

 

24/7/365 SOFTWARE SUPPORT & SERVICES

 

Unlimited off-site support: The Customer may call us 24 hours a day seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year, on our Toll-Free Customer Support Hotline to request assistance, with no limit on the number of calls.

 

We provide our customer with software upgrades as a regular part of our Services and Support offering.

 

24/7/365 HARDWARE SUPPORT & SERVICES

 

We provide full service hardware maintenance with on-site support. Each of our Customers is enrolled in our Equipment Swap Program.

 

Our Field Service Technician will provide replacement equipment on site, and all of our parts come with a one-year Standard Warranty.

 

SYSTEM INSTALLATION

 

The critical pay back from any new equipment investment begins with proper installation. We work to meet your scheduling needs, no matter how challenging they might be. Our Training Programs are designed to enable all levels of employees, from line employees to Corporate Staff, to be self-sufficient in using the InTouchPOS® System to its full advantage.

 

Employee Training, Manager Training, Corporate Training, we cover all the bases.

 

USER GROUPS

 

We make it a priority to meet with our customers a few times a year to discuss their needs and get their suggestions.  This user forum allows our customers to be in control, ask questions, acquire additional training if needed, and give us their feedback.

 

SOFTWARE UPGRADES
