We provide our customers with the highest quality Toll Free Support Services, 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  This includes off-site as well as on-site, minimizing your downtime.  24/7/365 Software Support & Services - Unlimited off-site support: The Customer may call us 24 hours a day seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year, on our Toll-Free Customer Support Hotline to request assistance, with no limit on the number of calls. We provide our customer with software upgrades approximately 3-4 times per year as a regular part of our Services and Support offering.  24/7/365 Hardware Support & Services - InTouchPOS® offers a full service hardware maintenance program with on-site support.  Our Customers are automatically enrolled in our Equipment Swap Program. Our Field Service Technician will provide replacement equipment on site, and all of our parts come with a one-year Standard Warranty.  Installation - The critical pay back from any new equipment investment begins with proper installation. We work to meet your scheduling needs, no matter how challenging they might be. Our flexibility allows you to achieve your desired goals.
